Air Twister

A very fun Space Harrier-style on-rails shooter from Yu Suzuki, with responsive controls, quick high-energy levels, and an impressive amount of variety across imaginative stages and bosses, plus unexpected meta-progression and extra modes. The main drawback is the rock-opera soundtrack, which is well-made but feels out of place against the onscreen action, and bullets can blend into the busy backgrounds.
