Our analysis

A standout cyberpunk Metroidvania from Team Ladybug with a striking neo-Tokyo, Japanese-folklore aesthetic and slick, mobile combat built around the spirit blade Lux for both offense and time-rewind puzzles. The world design is fresh and momentum-driven, with sensible quality-of-life touches like teleport-anywhere fast travel that eliminate tedious backtracking, plus impressive 2D lighting and a strong soundtrack. Held back only by minor precision-platforming issues on certain ledge jumps and a fairly concise skill tree.
