A definite buy and a blast of distilled adrenaline, this neon-soaked vehicular destruction game cribs successfully from classics like Desert Strike while reveling in over-the-top anarchy. Standout graphics, an excellent soundtrack, and distinctly different hovercraft, tank, and mech playstyles carry it at a great price. Drawbacks include fiddly firing arcs that take getting used to, a roguelike reset-on-death progression that can feel repetitive, and missing mech movement sounds.
