7 of 7Promising concept fails due to bare-bones level design and broken distance scaling.
A fundamentally broken FPS/RTS hybrid that never finds a compelling core gameplay loop. The flimsy grav-cycle weapons feel ineffective against bullet-sponge enemies while squad commanding is even worse, with no per-unit orders and clumsy AI. Solid performance, some striking level art, and decent cutscenes hint at real production money, but missing features, placeholder hub areas, and a forgettable multiplayer mode leave little worth salvaging.
A disappointing sci-fi FPS/RTS hybrid that wastes a strong premise. Piloting the responsive grav cycle is genuinely fun, the outdoor environments look great, and the gun sound effects are excellent. But the squad tactics are shallow (everyone attacks the same target), there is zero customization, the story and characters are forgettable, boss fights are trivially easy, and the whole thing turns repetitive fast with no replay value.
Competent FPS-RTS hybrid with engaging mechanics that does not innovate; 6-10 hour campaign undermined by limited enemy variety, neither failing nor standing out.
Unique grav-cycle shooter with creative squad combat; lifeless campaign and thin multiplayer make the honeymoon end fast.
Solid FPS/RTS mashup with fun Gravcycle combat but shallow strategy, forgettable story and serviceable multiplayer.
When it works, really works — thick of battle excitement and stress. Periphery elements could be better tuned but don't detract from core.
