One of the most inventive and unnerving visual novels around, this is an effective horror experience that toys with metagame conventions to leave players surprised and unsettled, with the Plus extras (side stories, concept art, HD visuals, new music) fleshing out the characters nicely. The Switch port is a clever, fantastic adaptation, though tiny, hard-to-read text hurts it and the platform-tied weirdness lands slightly better on PC.
