An exhilarating multiplayer spin-off that blends Soulslike and roguelike into a three-player rush across a semi-randomized map, with distinct nightfarer classes and brutal but beautiful new Night Lord bosses. It is outstanding for Souls veterans and rewards cooperation and skill, though obtuse systems, a punishing pace, and unreliable matchmaking limit its appeal to newcomers.
Experimental co-op spinoff that misses despite good ideas. Fun with friends but balanced only for 3 players, with punishing single-player and no disconnect penalty.
