6 of 6Strategically severing limbs and building a kill-strike meter to decapitate giant Ravenna offers decent moment-to-moment gameplay and tight traversal that's fun for a while. However, a shockingly short, undercooked campaign with very little variety, repetitive encounters, and a minimal skill tree makes it a bare-bones experience whose full price feels almost insulting; it plays best as an above-average budget title for a sitting or two.
Bright, colorful, and fun ink-spraying destruction game. Worth a buy for fans of the genre.
Emotionally powerful 2D adventure with a clear environmental message conveyed through simple yet engaging gameplay. Expertly triggers poignant emotional responses while managing parental care and survival.
Good ideas and compelling creatures let down by messy execution.
Cool concept but falls short in execution with tedious ground combat, repetitive gameplay, and frustrating controls. Not worth the $60 price tag.
