Our analysis

An exceptionally laid-back, gridless medieval city builder with no real danger, where the joy is purely in organically growing a settlement, aided by lovely graphics and strong mod support. It earns a thumbs up but feels pricey for its limited features, and frustrations include painfully slow pacing that forces top speed, lazy workers who constantly stop, and an indirect residential system where you allocate land rather than place houses.
