Our analysis
A turn-based tactical western blending XCOM and Desperados with a supernatural Deadlands slant, carried by striking cel-shaded art, unexpectedly haunting music, and strong voice work. The poker-style card-deck system enables wildly varied builds, while the no-Overwatch luck-and-cover combat feels fresh and chess-like. Deep, atmospheric, and over twelve hours long; only minor UI and camera quibbles hold it back. An absolute steal.
