A decent but uneven indie action-adventure that leans hard on familiar genre conventions while standing out through its modular, constantly shape-shifting world and satisfying world-puzzle traversal. Combat is serviceable and the atmosphere is gorgeous, but the experience is dragged down by lacking polish, janky scripting, performance problems, and frustrating static camera angles that cause more deaths than the actual challenge. With more development time it could have been a standout, but the layers never fully click into place.
