Our analysis
A unique, thought-provoking analog-horror game set in a 1996 call center where you diagnose homeowners' mundane and increasingly supernatural problems, much in the vein of Papers, Please. Strengths are its strong voice acting, evocative Windows 95 aesthetic, and accessibility touches like a phobia toggle and resizable text. It leans repetitive and short with limited replayability, and ends up a divisive, marmite experience, but an engaging and recommendable one, especially on sale.
