Our analysis

An enjoyable, appropriately priced arcade space shooter whose standout feature is a flexible weapon-modifier system across pilots and ships that synergizes in satisfying ways. It rewards a slow, methodical pace, but the difficulty curve is wildly uneven, the co-op can become anti-cooperative amid visual clutter, and a narrow breadth of upgrades makes runs feel too similar over time.
