A sound-based survival horror set in an eerie 1898 Welsh hotel, where defenseless stealth against enemies that respond to noise ramps up genuine tension and the Resident Evil-style exploration and visual-cue puzzles work well. The setting, story, and inspired use of Welsh hymns pull you in, but the manual-only phonograph saving feels like a misstep in the linear stretches, and technical issues like texture popping, excessive glare, and a brightness bug break the immersion. Recommended, though best picked up on sale.
