A solid entry that hits its mark but is not a premium effort. The charming Golf Adventure mode is an endearing way to learn the mechanics, with good multiplayer customization, smooth 60fps performance, and well-implemented motion controls. However, there is a nagging sense of cut corners: uninspired course design, repetitive solo challenges, no ranking system, weak music, and the poorly received cross-country golf.
Our analysis
A solid, enjoyable golf game whose core mechanics work very well, bolstered by fun multiplayer modes like Speed Golf and Battle Golf and a light-RPG story mode that teaches the systems. The characters are well represented and it runs flawlessly, but it feels bare-bones with only six courses, several forgettable layouts, and missing extra modes. Motion controls disappoint, and much of its value hinges on the promised free updates filling out the content.
Our analysis
Easier fundamentals and faster gameplay; lacks depth for sustained engagement.
Our analysis
A half-hearted, poorly paced golf game that locks named Mario characters out of the single-player campaign, forcing a custom avatar instead. After a long-winded setup and mandatory tutorials, it abruptly drops players into timed speed golf, and the whole package feels like cheap junk dressed up in bright commercial polish rather than a fun, relaxing game.

Mario Golf: Super Rush delivers strong core golf mechanics and entertaining modes like speed golf and battle golf that make it a good time, though the story mode is underwhelming with repetitive elements and frustrating design choices.

WatchOur analysis
A fun but limited golf game with an excellent speed golf mode that doesn't quite live up to expectations; worth trying but lacks significant replay value compared to other party games.
