Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD

Our analysis

A successful and genuinely fun hybrid of first-person shooting and third-person platforming, anchored by a unique crossbow that fires live critters as ammunition and a charming bounty-hunting world. It shows its age with dated textures, fiddly hit detection, an unrewarding live-capture mechanic, and uneven later bosses. Still holds up well, but the high asking price is hard to justify.
