Even today this 2001 shooter holds up and is worth playing, running fine on modern Windows with an unofficial patch. It is brutally tough with sharp-shooting enemies and zero hand-holding: no maps, markers, or glowing secrets, so you must navigate and fight on your wits alone, which makes survival genuinely satisfying. The occult, zombie-filled story is tense and creepy with strong voice work and a couple of good boss fights, though the gunplay lacks impactful hit feedback.
