An absolutely fantastic turn-based roguelite with deck-building elements that becomes incredibly fluid once it clicks, rewarding anticipation and clever positioning, including luring enemies into attacking each other. The pixel-art visuals with bold, limited color and the serene feudal-Japan soundtrack add real polish, and the addictive run-based loop offers excellent value. It is genuinely difficult with a slight settling-in period for controls, but it stands out as one of the best roguelites in a while.
