A challenging, well-made tower defense game from a trusted developer, with smart multi-entry maps, a deep roster of distinct towers, RTS-style deployable units and buffs, and difficulty that rivals genre standout Defense Grid. Towers upgrade with perks earned via star ratings, adding replayability. It still lacks the satisfying explosions and polish of the best in the genre and was unfinished at the time, but at its low price it is easily worth a buy.
