Our analysis

One of the most unique and memorable survival horror games around, blending PS1-inspired visuals, bright colorful social hubs, and quirky characters against genuine moments of dread. The third-eye mechanic and satisfying first-person heart-blasting combat feel fresh, and the remarkable writing and presentation keep you invested across its branching outcomes. The Switch version stumbles a little with a 30fps cap and oddly long load times in the social scenes, but these are minor blemishes on an excellent experience.
