Our analysis

A surprisingly accomplished open-world zombie survival game that punches well above its budget price. Its biggest strength is staggering customization — extensive graphical and gameplay sliders let you tune loot, ammo, XP, and zombie behavior to taste, plus full keybinding and first/third-person options that put many AAA titles to shame. The looting, crafting, and base-building loop is engaging with a knowledge-heavy learning curve, the world looks good and runs well, and the nested-bag inventory is gloriously excessive.
