One of the best-balanced roguelikes around, comparable to Hades, with fluid combat, a story that meaningfully progresses across both wins and losses, and excellent voice acting. Deep meta-progression, optional difficulty-raising portals, and local/online co-op add lasting appeal, with the four turtles' fixed weapons being the only real limit on variety. Minor bugs and a somewhat repetitive soundtrack are small blemishes on an otherwise outstanding package.

An accessible roguelike that brings the TMNT to the genre with enjoyable combat and local co-op, but inevitable comparisons to Hades expose its shortcomings and technical performance issues hold it back.

A solid, accessible action roguelike with fun co-op and combat mechanics, but limited depth and build variety compared to similar games in the genre. Best enjoyed as a casual co-op experience or by existing Turtles fans.
