An almost perfect twin-stick shooter and one of the best games on Switch, where you fight off hordes of Lovecraftian minions as Tesla. The constantly escalating arsenal of weapons and an on-the-fly perk system make every level feel fresh and rewarding, backed by lovely visuals, chunky sound, mechs, and addictive co-op and survival modes. The weak, barely-present story is the only real shortcoming and is beside the point.
