An addictive, strategy-driven tower defense game whose console revamp strips out microtransactions and adds a fun co-op mode and mini-games. It feels better balanced than similar titles, avoiding harsh difficulty walls, with simple, reliable controls and charming if divisive monochrome cat art. Leftover mobile remnants like login rewards and an energy system are odd and pointless, but they don't really hurt the gameplay, and the content-rich package offers fair value.
