A deep and enjoyable city-building simulation where you rule an island state as a dictator, with engaging missions, a highly customizable sandbox, and a new archipelago system that adds welcome variety, all backed by charming Caribbean-flavored audio. The main drawback is Switch performance, with stutters and a low resolution that make handheld play a noticeable slog despite being perfectly playable docked.

An enjoyable city-builder and management sim that delivers the familiar Tropico experience under new developer Limbic, now balancing many factions and adding archipelagos plus deeper citizen-level simulation. It's more evolution than revolution, looking and playing much like Tropico 5 and not visually impressive, but it has real personality and replay value. A solid pick for anyone in the mood for a country-management sim.
