An absolute improvement over the beloved Neo Geo arcade classic, taking its fiendishly addictive disc-throwing formula and deepening it with jumps, slap shots and an EX-gauge super system that add tennis-like strategy without losing the pick-up-and-play intensity. The new hand-drawn art is a touch divisive but grows on you, and the ten characters each play distinctly. The only real gripe is the thin selection of modes and the lack of a proper tutorial.

A fun, frantic, highly competitive disc-sports game that faithfully modernizes the 1994 original with Dotemu's gorgeous hand-drawn art style and pumping soundtrack. Easy to learn but hard to master, it shines in local and online multiplayer with creative, varied arenas. The big drawback is a thin selection of game modes, making it feel a bit bare bones and hard to justify at full price unless you have competitive friends.

A competitive arcade Frisbee game with fluid, polished and extremely engaging gameplay that creates an intense, cat-and-mouse sense of urgency akin to air hockey, backed by a fantastic nostalgic 90s soundtrack. It is held back by thin tutorials, a lack of variety, no unlockable content and two of three modes being PvP-only, which makes the action feel monotonous over time. A blast for fans of the original and PvP action.
