Our analysis

A fun and unique arcade shooter built almost entirely by one developer, offering a quirky, humorous single-player story plus arcade and five versus modes. Intuitive controls, a fantastic and distinct level design, a wonderful jazz-and-rock soundtrack, and great HD Rumble make it a delight, especially in local multiplayer. Drawbacks include occasionally cluttered visuals, no online play or remappable controls, minor bugs, and a story shallower than its depression theme suggests.
