A delightful, near-flawless reimagining of two classic GBA strategy titles whose deceptively deep, perfectly balanced turn-based tactical combat hasn't aged a day. Two campaigns offer 35-40 hours of endlessly replayable, finely paced skirmishes, bolstered by smart onboarding, a casual difficulty mode, likable commanding officers with special powers, and online and local multiplayer. The crisp new art style adds animations, cut scenes, voice acting, and a remastered soundtrack; the only minor gripe is the board-game-style battle presentation. A timeless, must-keep package.
