A hugely enjoyable first-person action game that nails the power fantasy of being RoboCop, with excessively satisfying gore and a deep, rewarding progression and perk system for both the character and the iconic Auto-9. The main story missions are consistently strong, though many of the side quests are tedious and boring. Graphics fall short of AAA standards, but the relentless, unpretentious violence more than makes up for it.

A surprisingly great, charm-soaked tribute that does real justice to its license, blending FPS gunplay with RPG elements, plentiful side quests, satisfyingly gory combat, a morality system, and Peter Weller's returning voice. The writing and authentic Old Detroit world impress, but it's held back by terrible boss battles, weird sausage-arm character models, weaker supporting voice acting, frequent dead-silent stretches with missing music, and assorted bugs. A standout among movie-licensed games.

Simple but satisfying first-person combat shines on gore, destruction, and the iconic Auto 9, even if it loses some punch later. Janky presentation, off lip-syncing, and a roughly 15-hour length keep it grounded, but it understands the fun factor.
