SD Gundam Battle Alliance

A surprisingly accessible and fast-paced musou-style brawler with tight controls, enjoyable and deeper-than-it-looks combat, a smart dual leveling system, a huge roster spanning over 25 series, and three-player online co-op. It is dragged down by a contrived, hard-to-follow narrative delivered as on-screen text during fights with no English dub, bland early areas, and a steep price that clearly targets existing fans. Solid to play but best bought on sale.
