A landmark sequel that makes the original look like a prototype, vastly improving in every direction with double the moves and combos. Its intuitive, user-friendly inputs and forgiving timing made it deeper in practice than rivals like Virtual Fighter, while its phenomenal soundtrack and growing coolness factor set the creative template the whole series would follow.
