Transformers: Devastation

A gorgeous love letter to Generation 1 Transformers, nailing the cartoon's art style, voice cast, and Platinum-style action combat with satisfying car-to-robot combos and deep weapon/upgrade systems. Held back by an insanely short campaign (under five hours), heavy environmental repetition, and weak platforming and 2D sections. A clear buy for fans of both Platinum and Transformers, but a tough sell for everyone else.

Fairly solid action game with Platinum Games combat. Good transformation mechanics and fan service. Recommended but wait for sale if not hardcore fan.
