Banjo-Tooie

A fantastic, ambitious sequel filled with the variety, humor, and imagination of Rare's glory days, with richly designed, diverse worlds and the same precise platforming charm as its predecessor. Its overreach is the main flaw: the interconnected worlds are slightly too big and occasionally confusing, there are a few too many moves, and playing as Mumbo adds little. The N64's poor frame rate is resolved on the Switch Online re-release.
