Our analysis

Escape Dead Island has genuinely interesting ideas, with a story that keeps you questioning the main character's sanity and accurate gunplay backed by a useful shove, but atrocious voice acting, painful-looking visuals and a terrible save system bury them; a rent even at a lowered price.
