A worthy heir to the Left 4 Dead formula set in the Warhammer world, earning a buy recommendation. The melee combat is among the best in any game, with rock-solid feedback, and the grim atmosphere, music, and Skaven voice work nail the setting. It's held back by a couple of poorly designed, buggy levels, occasionally weak partner AI, and a frustrating dice-based loot system.
