A standout open-world action sandbox that impresses with gorgeous, varied locations spanning a gargantuan 400+ square kilometer island with no load times, evoking a James Bond blockbuster. Mercenary Rico Rodriguez's chaotic destruction keeps it endlessly entertaining, though some forced voice acting and dialogue that doesn't sync with cutscenes can briefly break immersion. One of the best open-world titles of its era, lacking only co-op to feel complete.
