Metal Gear Solid Master Collection: Volume 1

A serviceable but bare-bones reissue that finally brings the legendary first three games to modern systems, with slick menus and genuinely nice bonus material like screenplays and concept art. Yet it does little to modernize the games: MGS2 and MGS3 are straight ports of the old HD collections, the MGS1 port looks poor, and frame rates and resolutions disappoint for the premium price. Better than nothing, but lacking the care the series deserves.
