An excellent roguelite DLC that gives Splatoon 3 a stronger identity, with addictive run-based progression and a huge range of palette and color-chip combinations that keep things fresh. The stark monochrome art direction looks great and the music is among the series' best. The main weakness is limited variety in objectives and boss encounters, which start to repeat across runs.
