Pikmin 1+2 Bundle

These HD ports of two GameCube classics remain delightful, charming, and inventive puzzle adventures that have aged remarkably well. Pikmin 1 nails its approachable RTS formula while Pikmin 2 expands it with more areas, new Pikmin types, and dual-character control. The remasters themselves are bare-bones and underwhelming for the price, with upscaled UI and minor cuts, but both games come highly recommended.

A solid HD remaster pairing two classic strategy games, now in widescreen at 1080p docked with added gyro controls, though it runs at 30fps and the textures and geometry show their age. The first game's 30-day time limit feels antiquated, while the sequel improves on it by removing the limit and adding new Pikmin types. Together they offer a sizable, enjoyable package despite a steep price.
