A respectfully crafted Warhammer 40K action game with excellent lore authenticity and fun three-player co-op gameplay. Despite safe mission design and performance bugs, the high execution quality and epic cinematic moments make it worthwhile.
A genuinely fun co-op shooter where the combat feels sick and the spectacle is enormous, throwing thousands of Tyranid enemies on screen at once that climb over each other and swarm relentlessly. Parrying and the brutal melee executions land well, and the Warhammer 40K flavor (Ultramarines, plasma pistols, the boss Lictor fight) delivers a satisfying payoff even on the punishing higher difficulties.
An excellent action shooter with outstanding sound design, meticulous character detail, and satisfying combat. Great campaign and solid co-op with genuine potential for long-term play.
