A great JRPG with one of the best strategic turn-based battle systems around and an incredibly deep, detailed story offering 80-plus hours of content. The combat layers advantages, arts, crafts, brave orders, and linked attacks into shockingly tactical encounters. Drawbacks include a slow start, a bland muted color palette, occasional freezes, and inconsistent voice acting, plus the lack of the first two games on Switch.
