Massive open-world RPG with excellent side content but shallow main quest. First Fallout on Nintendo.

Faithful Switch 2 port with 60fps but retains texture issues. Technical improvement over previous ports.

Egregious pricing with low-quality new content. Anniversary Edition doesnt match Skyrim quality.

A flawed but worthwhile open-world RPG where the good outweighs the bad, carried by dense atmosphere, strong design work, and standout exploration plus much-improved shooting over earlier entries. Weak storytelling, a restrictive dialogue wheel, dumbed-down quests, and a janky settlement system hold it back. The next-gen console update is a clear improvement via higher resolution and 60fps, though PC remains superior and mod-breaking is a real concern.
