Watch Dogs

A strong open-world outing that delivers more than it promised. It looks good and runs well across PC and consoles despite some stutter and minor bugs, with stellar sound, a great soundtrack, and excellent, lively voice work and story. The real standout is the deep hacking toolset and skill trees that let you manipulate the world in constant, experimental ways; only slippery driving and forgettable multiplayer hold it back. A clear buy.
